Clive Owen to star in Scwimmer film

The British actor will appear opposite Catherine Keener in ‘Trust’ – a dark drama which will be directed by the former ‘Friends’ star.

In the film, Owen and Keener play the parents of a teenage girl, played by Liana Liberato, who is stalked online by a paedophile who pretends to be a teenage boy in a chat room.

The script has been written by Andy Bellin but Schwimmer – whose previous directing credits include the comedy movie ‘Run Fat Boy Run’ and episodes of ‘Friends’ and ‘Little Britain USA’ – also had input.

Shooting will start in Detroit, Michigan, on November 9 and the film is scheduled to be released late 2010.
